✨Arrive in Preston House from 3 p.m. onwards
✨Enjoy some freshly baked scones and a pot of tea/coffee on your arrival
✨Relax into some private writing/resting time
✨Official Welcome @ 6.30 p.m.
✨Dinner @ 7 p.m. - a hot gourmet buffet, (includes a glass (or two!) of wine/non-alcoholic drink)
✨Post dinner in-house Musical Performance
SATURDAY 19th OCTOBER
✨Start the day with a delicious Continental Breakfast
✨Morning session - Creative Writing Workshop facilitated by Irish Times best selling author, SHEILA FORSEY!
(10 a.m. - 12.30 p.m.)
✨Light Lunch in Preston House @ 12.30 p.m.
✨Afternoon session - Creative Writing Workshop facilitated by Irish Times best selling author, SHEILA FORSEY!
(1.30 p.m. - 4.00 p.m.)
✨Early evening Guided Walking Tour of the beautiful Heritage town, and currently Ireland’s Tidiest Town, ABBEYLEIX.
(5 p.m. start).
✨From 6.15 p.m. onwards, enjoy pre-dinner drinks in one of Ireland’s oldest and most famous Pubs ‘MORRISSEY’S’.
(Enjoy your first round free!)
✨Dinner at 7.30 p.m. in PRESTON HOUSE - Hot Gourmet Buffet Meal with a choice of Wine/Non-Alcoholic Drink.
✨Post-dinner musical performance
✨Late evening sharing of your writing with your group (optional). Facilitated by Amanda.

✨ Enjoy an early(-ish ) morning guided walk on Abbeyleix BogWalk
(Gather outside ’Polly’s’, Abbeyleix Manor Hotel at 9.30 a.m. ).
✨Alternatively, enjoy your final morning writing/resting in Preston House.
✨Join in a special ‘Parting Ceremony’ in the Garden of Preston House at 12 p.m.
✨Check Out & Head for Home at 12.30 p.m.
